P.N. Elrod is best known for her ongoing urban
fantasy series, The Vampire Files, featuring undead PI Jack Fleming.
Her books have been published by Ace, Baen, St.
Martin's and others and translated into German, French, Spanish, Italian,
Polish Japanese, and even Romanian.
She's made forays into mystery,
historical fantasy,
romantic suspense, comedy, non-fiction, and is an award-winning editor.
In
2011 she was presented with the prestigious
RT Booklovers Pioneer Award for
her work in vampire fiction.
She continues to write and edit and and would be
faster about it except for an incurable addiction to chocolate.
